Yes, anytime. Upgrade to a higher plan and pay the prorated difference. Downgrade and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep all your existing links and QR codes regardless of which plan you're on.
If you cancel your paid plan or downgrade to Free, custom domains are removed from your account. Any short links published using your custom domain will stop working until you reactivate. Plan ahead before canceling, especially if you have published custom-domain links on printed materials, packaging, or QR codes. Standard ShortifyMe links (those not using a custom domain) continue working normally regardless of plan.
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. You can use it for as long as it works for you with no automatic upgrade or trial-end charge.
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You pay the year's total upfront and get more than 2 months free every year. Switch between billing periods anytime from your dashboard. There's no commitment lock-in beyond the billing period you've already paid for.
No. We do not provide refunds once a paid subscription is started. We offer a free plan so you can explore and ensure ShortifyMe is the right fit for your needs before you decide to upgrade. No. The price you see on this page is everything you pay. No setup fees, no per-link charges, no overage fees if you stay within your plan limits. If you exceed your plan's monthly link or QR code limit, you'll need to upgrade to continue creating new links, but existing links keep working without limits.
No. Monthly link and QR code limits reset on the first of each month. If you don't use all 10 free links in March, you don't get 20 in April. Plan-tier links are sized for ongoing monthly usage, not for stockpiling.
